       "视觉疲劳的冲绳：不感觉陌生的新地方 柴鱼又称鲣节、木鱼，是金枪鱼科的鲣鱼的烟熏制品。将鲣鱼去除头尾、鱼骨，仅 采腹部后方的肌肉。取得鱼肉后先要蒸熟，鱼肉熟透后，再以柴薪文火炭烤10余 日，待水分蒸干后，即成为外貌黝黑、坚硬如木的鱼块，食用时再以机器或刨刀削 成薄片，就是一般所见的柴鱼片了，整个过程要持续8个月以上。因其坚硬如木， 故又称“木鱼”。这是一家经营柴鱼的老店。"
